Dear Joe,
UNBELIEVABLE!
I’m sure you, Fred and Matt heard me use that word more than once when we talked about our new store inside of Cambridge, Ohio Wal-Mart Super Center. It’s the only word I can think of that describes the service we received from your company on this project. I never picked up a tool (or even a broom) while we were under construction.
Fred and Matt were there when they said they would be, did the work (finishing ahead of schedule), cleaned the store and made sure all the equipment was in working order before they left. It seemed like this was store number 100 for them, when in fact it was the first We’re Rolling store they had built. Obviously, their past experience is extensive and valuable.
Working with Wal-Mart is challenging due to the short time frames involved to build and open a store. Your company and people made it easy for me. We opened on time, with the store completely finished, no loose ends.You can count on being a part of the team for the new store we build.
