The stage of a projects actual construction process starts and ends here. Project Management of your project from the pre-construction meeting to the punch list and turnover is a key management focus at Prodigy. Our goal is to provide the same experience for our clients from project to project.
Developing Experience and Knowledge
We accomplish this by assigning a “Client Project Manager” for your account. During our initial projects together this individual is dedicate to building your projects and learning the ins and outs of your organization. The individual then passes on his or her knowledge and experience to other project managers within our company so that when dealing with other project managers on future projects you get the same quality and service.
Above and Beyond
Construction of project is a given aspect of the Project Manager role. Our company strives to go above and beyond your expectations. Many of our clients have several project to oversee, our goal is to make your life easier and by doing the small things like e-mailed weekly project reports to the owner with photographs keeping you informed of the progress of your projects.
Project Manager Experience
Our staff of Project Manager’s are experienced National Builders with over 70 projects built yearly we have developed a team that understands the demands and pressures of retail construction and are able to develop construction schedules and manage the project to a successful end result.
